Experience and Qualification

- Fully convergent in English and Hindi.
- Atleast 7 year HR Aviation experience.
- Knowledge of Local Regulatory requirements.
- Must have strong written, verbal and presentation skill.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To maintain all delegated HR issues.
- Support for appointment letters, employment contracts and joining processes.
- Help and support on grievances related issues..
- Maintain and handle exit process and handling of employees issues/queries.
- Routine HR admin related issues or responsibilities.
- Prepares reports and manpower MIS/updates.
- Regularly study and update on changes/revisions on local legal requirements/compliances.
