AAR-Indamer Technics Private Limited is a New MRO in India ( NAGPUR) which is a joint venture of AAR and Indamer. AAR is a major MRO of USA and Indamer Technics (the oldest MRO in India).

This new joint venture plan to initially perform major checks of Airbus A320 family aircraft under DGCA, EASA and FAA approvals. All required support workshops will be part of the MRO.

1. AME B1- Airbus 320 Family

•  Eight years of Aircraft Maintenance Experience out of which 3 years as support staff in Airbus 320 with three months of recent experience in Base Maintenance

2 AME B2- Airbus 320 family

•  Eight years of Aircraft Maintenance Experience out of which 3 years as support staff in Airbus 320 with three months of recent experience in Base Maintenance

3 Technicians Mechanical

• Minimum 5 years of aviation experience
• Two year of Base maintenance experience in airbus 320 family including three months of recent experience

4 Technicians Avionics

• Minimum 5 years of aviation experience
• Two year of Base maintenance experience in airbus 320 family including three months of recent experience

5 Technicians Airframe Structure

• A person holding CAR 66 Aircraft Engineering Licence: One Year Experience in previous CAR 145 organisation on a similar component, accessories.
• Person holding diploma/ degree in engineering: Two years of experience in similar component, accessories.
• Six Months of structure repair experience on the specific aircraft with at least two repairs performed under the supervision during preceding six months. Must have held Structure authorisation issued by another CAR /Part 145 approved organisation and
• One year of experience in the relevant area including three months of recent experience.

6 Fabrication of parts/ Independent Inspector

• BAMEC (DGCA – India) in airframe on large aircraft. Or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical Stream).
• 5 years of aviation experience out of which one year experience in parts fabrication including three months of recent experience.

7 Painting

• Permits the authorisation holder to perform paint touch up, stencilling and painting on repaired areas on metallic and composite surfaces and certify.
• Two year experience in the relevant area including three months of recent experience
• 10+2 with Maths, Physics and Chemistry /Diploma in Engineering/ ITI (English Medium)
• Three years of aviation experience preferably in painting

8 Quality

• At Least 5 years’ experience in quality department of Major MRO

9 Planning

• At Least 5 years’ experience in Planning department of major MRO

10 Store

• At Least 5 years’ experience in store department of major MRO
