Line Maintenance - Technicians/Cabin/AME/Sr.AME
Sr Technician/Technician:
- Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with company standards.
- Allocate tasks to Technicians and ensure completion.
- Maintain team toolkits as per company standards.
- Ensure proper handling and return of tools and materials.
- Coordinate with other departments for cabin maintenance standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area post job completion.
- Ensure smooth shift handover.
Foreman:
- Monitor and assist Shift In-charge in maintenance activities.
- Allocate duties to shift staff and manage manpower.
- Coordinate with various departments for on-time aircraft departure.
- Assist in toolbox audits and personnel training.
- Coordinate aircraft movements within the shift.
- Maintain office as per company standards.
- Ensure proper shift handover and assist certifying staff.
Sr. Engineer:
- Ensure maintenance work complies with manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Complete and preserve all maintenance records and reports.
- Rectify defects and report major issues to superiors.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in serviceable condition.
- Use approved materials and follow safety procedures.
- Supervise technical staff to maintain airworthiness standards.
- Stay updated on technical requirements and instructions.
- Refuel aircraft following procedures.
Educational Requirements (for all positions):
- Minimum: 10+2 (PCM) or Equivalent, Ab-Initio AME Training from a DGCA approved institution.
- Must hold DGCA (I) AME License with Type Rating / Company Authorization on multiple aircraft categories.
- Experience: Varies by position, with a minimum requirement in cabin maintenance on transport category aircraft, and specific experience on Narrow Body (A320 Family) and/or Wide Body (B777 & B787) desired.
