The ministry of Communication , department of Telecommunication and WPC wing will held examination for award of Radio Telephony Restricted (Aero),certificate of proficiency and Licence to operate in the aero mobile services under the Indian Wireless telephony  Rule 1954 and subsequent amendment made thereafter , as mention below :-
